Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions are managed by the App Store: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Every new account includes a 14-day Pro trial with no payment details — it simply expires if you don't subscribe; there is nothing to cancel.
  • A paid subscription renews automatically. Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Apple Health and wearables

  • Connecting Apple Health is optional — Fit4i works fully without a watch or band, using a quick morning check-in instead.
  • To review or revoke access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Fit4i.
  • If readiness looks stale, open the Today screen and pull to refresh — Fit4i re-reads Apple Health when the app is opened.
  • Polar devices connect in Settings inside the app via a secure Polar login.

Account access

  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the login screen — a reset link will be emailed to you and is valid for one hour.
  • To change your password: Settings → Change password (your current password is required).

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all data directly in the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — it erases your profile, programs, workouts, nutrition diary, biometrics and chat history. If you can't access the app, email us from your account address and we'll erase your data.

Reporting a bug

Email innetaccess@gmail.com with what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot and your iOS version help a lot.
