Acceptance

By creating a Fit4i account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Not medical advice

Fit4i provides general fitness guidance for healthy adults. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you experience acute pain, dizziness, chest pain or a new injury, stop training and consult a qualified professional. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

Your responsibility

Training with weights carries inherent risk. You are responsible for using correct technique, choosing safe loads and training in a safe environment. The app's recommendations — including readiness assessments and suggested weights — are estimates based on the data you provide.

Subscriptions

  • Free — building and editing workout programs, guided logging with full history, automatic progression, nutrition targets, and water, weight and supplement tracking.
  • Fit4i Pro (paid, via the App Store) — auto-generated programs, wearable-driven readiness, recovery-based adjustments, periodization, adaptive calorie targets, photo meal logging and the AI coach chat.

New accounts include a 14-day Pro trial — no payment details required. Paid subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store settings.

Fair use

Scraping, reselling access, or attempting to access other users' data is prohibited. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
