Acceptance
By creating a Fit4i account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, and confirm that you are 16 years of age or older. Fit4i is not intended for anyone under 16.
Not medical advice
Fit4i provides general fitness guidance for healthy adults. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you experience acute pain, dizziness, chest pain or a new injury, stop training and consult a qualified professional. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
Your responsibility
Training with weights carries inherent risk. You are responsible for using correct technique, choosing safe loads and training in a safe environment. The app's recommendations — including readiness assessments and suggested weights, including the "try 62.5 kg?" hint after a completed session — are estimates based on the data you provide; you decide what to lift.
Subscriptions
- Free— the workout log, routine days with slot targets, "Last time", history, personal records, the 14-zone muscle map, the check-in and the readiness ring (with an easier day when recovery is poor); manual nutrition logging with calorie and protein targets, water, body weight and supplements.
- Fit4i Pro (paid, via the App Store) — the auto-built program and its rebuild, recovery tuning every day (not just the worst ones) and early deloads, planned deloads and volume waves on auto-built programs, meal logging by photo, label or text, and calories that adapt to your weight trend.
New accounts include 14 days of Pro — no payment details required. If you choose "I train on my own", the 14 days start the first time you finish a workout on a saved routine day. Paid subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store settings.
Fair use
Scraping, reselling access, or attempting to access other users' data is prohibited. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
